Unmasking For Your Empowerment ... What Does This Mean?

Letting everything that is false sweetly fall away. A surrender to the depths of your lived truths. In this space of unmasking we no longer can hold the weight of wearing different masks for anyone else, or even ourselves. A realization appears within us that if we are to honour ourselves, it can only be done from a place of raw honesty about how we are showing up in the world. Here, we begin to taste what it means to be loved unconditionally.

As we further allow ourselves to be seen with all of our quirks and imperfections that others may not understand, we are given a chance to finally breathe. The process can be uncomfortable. Potentially so much of what exists in our lives is because of our masking. Being seen by those unable or unwilling to take off their own masks comes with expectations to perform unnatural things like play small, dim our light, and silence our truth to be able to fit in. This pretending wears away at our Souls, leaving us internally exhausted.

These layers are collectively shedding. The heart can no longer hold a life lived in fear of what may happen if we are to truly unleash the fullness of who we are. The living memory in our cells of being trapped behind masks of illusion are being transmuted. Some are willingly answering this inner call. Walking the unmasking path requires diving into the deepest parts of ourselves that were begging to be loved. Not loved by anything or anyone externally, but wholeheartedly by us. Within us sits a beautiful little child who by what was out of their control, slowly started to learn that love and acceptance comes from the comfortability of those around them.

We begin to love the pieces fragmented in our psyche by the unmasking process. We hold ourselves in Divine compassion for not knowing that existing in this world comes with distortion and confusion from external forces that will go to unimaginable lengths to convince us that we are not worthy without our masks. They were wrong. A remembering is starting to arise. As one person steps forward to take off their mask, another is empowered and encourage to do the same.

Organically you. Bathed in the soils of your own magnificence. This is your unmasking. Unapologetically living as the walking, talking, breathing miracle that the Creator sent you here to be. Time has come to steep us in this Truth. We can choose to run from it, yet it will always be there patiently awaiting our declaration. Unmasking comes with a inner warmth. It becomes the light that never dies.

I ask you to be with where in life you may still be masking. Why? No shame, no guilt. Just pure honesty in witnessing yourself. You are whole, you always have been. Give the lies permission to dissolve. Place your masks in the starving fire of truth. It is here that they belong, and all that which demands you mask yourself will surely follow. This is the ritual in which you hold for yourself and for all those who will be touched by the beauty that has always existed behind the masks once placed upon your face.

With everything, this is process. A journey. Not a forceful destination, but a scared unwinding and unraveling of all that you are meant to be. I see you. I honour you. I bow to the bravery of walking this path, knowing that there are seemingly so many logical reasons to continue to mask. Yet, your intuition knows better. Your instincts are firing. Trust these inner whispers.

Unmasking is your empowerment. You will never regret it.
